The usual idle learning issues help needed thread...

My last FD with a PFC idled great on a large street port, but I can't get this thing dialed in really good for the life of me.

Setup:
Large Street Port with 5 miles
New Stock Seq. Twins
Emissions Delete
Double Throttle Delete
ISC & Fast Idle Cam with water hooked up
Datalogit
FIC 650/1650 injectors

I touched everything on the TB during the complete rebuild of the car, so that is why things are out a little bit.

I followed and read many of the previous threads on this topic that helped get the car dialed in to where I'm at with the TPS and decent idle.

I have the TPS dialed in between the .1-.70 and .75-1.25, so that is good.
I'm not 100% on my fast idle cam setup
Idle screw under the Greddy Elbow is between a 1/4-1/2 turn after some minor adjusting.

Car idles pretty smooth at 1000 rpm, but will occasionally surge when electrical inputs are added or coming to a stop.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am just trying to get it idling good enough to break it in before I take it to Banzai Racing for my tuning session next month.

Depending on how the ACV and wiring were affected in order to run the larger secondary injectors, the ISC system may or may not work for all 3 speeds.

One engine was running fine for all 3 idle speeds with 550/850 and single turbo. Then the owner removed the ACV for larger secondary injectors. We removed all the ACV electric load parts from the unit and reconnected them to the harness. No wires were cut and all PFC connections were kept. But this caused the ISC system to no longer work????????

He was forced to go to a manual idle control as I did back in 2004.

You never know with the Mazda system what will happen.

So I bought a new harness and depinned it for all emissions or items that I deleted. As for the wiring for the injectors, I just used plug and play harnesses from the stock harness denso plugs to the new injectors and all injectors are high impedance.

I can drive it, but it is just annoying. If I can't figure it out, I am sure Chris at Banzai Racing will get it sorted out.
