SRX7 maps, should I ditch them?
I need help, please read and I apologize for the length.
I have been experiencing a few 'problems' with my car. Actually, more like little annoyances that I want to take care of. The engine has 6k as well as the turbos and the mods include intake, y pipe, Apex'i FMIC, stock injectors (for now), silicone hoses (fairly certain all are secure), dp, mp, catback, PFC with Ray's maps and temporarily running ~.5-.6 boost. Now for the symptoms:
The PFC is having trouble controlling the boost, whether I set it for .5 or .95, there is a good amount of 'fluttering' on the defi gauge (+/- 2-3 lbs) and the PFC reads a peak boost sometimes correct, sometimes off by .2. Sounds to me (literally a whoosh noise) like a leak in the intake piping, but I don't seem to be able to find one.
The car will crank up right away, and when water temp is about 75C, any throttle, not necessarily boost, gives a high knock reading (up to 158 sometimes). When the car is warmed up meaning the air intake temp his gone up to say 30C, knock is constant around 30.
Separate knock problems exist after I have let off the gas. No popping, no hesitation, just a coasting will sometimes create knock to jump up above 100.
The car runs EXTREMELY rich. I have had the car on a dyno and taken some fuel out of row 17 in an effort to get my AFR around 12 and the car still dumps black smoke out the back under boost. The plugs are fouled and needing to be replaced often. But unlike any other PFC cars around here, I don't get much popping out of the exhaust. I'm curious as to why.
The PFC was tuned by Ray at SRX7 and the base map is obviously tweaked, so I'm considering initializing all data and putting in one of the maps off the forum. The car is not running properly and I am not sure where to go since there are variables involved out of my control. What do you all think? All advise/comments are welcome. Thanks a lot.

Was it running like this only after the PFC was installed, or was it on the PFC for a while then went bad later?
We need reference points as to if the ECU caused the problem or somthing else.

If you do decide to re-init, try Tim Benton's maps. My setup is almost identical to your's and I've had no problems. It did get a bit lean on me at the dyno (about 12.5), which is strange because it's always been rich for Tim. But, I'm not sure the condition of my fuel filter.
Doesn't sound like just a map problem to me though. If you want to transcribe your maps and send them to me I'll get it up on my site and you can compare it to others Ray has tuned.

Unfortunately, Chuck, I did not install the parts one at a time to make sure there were no problems along the way, so most mods were put on in conjunction with the new engine/turbos.
Before engine/turbos:
Stock ECU, Downpipe, Catback, Intake, Fuel Pump and had no problems.
After engine/turbos:
Power FC tuned by Ray for Intake, Downpipe, Midpipe, Catback, Apex'i FMIC, Pulleys, Fuel Pump and is experiencing the previously mentioned problems. What are your ideas? I'm sure I'm leaving out needed info, so just remind me and I'll reply asap. Thank you for your help as always!!!!!!
