Some questions
I have to drive the car for 45 mins. this Saturday to get it tuned.
I have replaced all my injectors with a 1300 secondaries. All I have is the base map.
What can I do or change in the PFC commander to get me to the dyno place this Sat safely. PIM adjustments?

I took the car out last night and it is running high 13-15s. As per my wideband. I just drove it slowly just on 2nd gear.
Thanks,

As long as you do not get on boost over 2psi (which is not requirted for normal driving) you will not have any problems.
I seriously recommend you learn more about how the PFC functions and how engines operate from idle to full load.
