Power FC Smog?

Smog?
I dont know yet if it wont pass, but what do I do to my PFC w/ commander, to makle sure I am not polluting at smog time? Just want to make sure as I have to pass smog this month. 
But then, the single turbo might go on and I will worry about smog in two years.
