setting pfc for 850cc primary injectors
I just put some 850cc injectors in a milled stock primary rail. The car wouldn't idel on its own. I changed some setting on the commander looks like this. I am not for sure if the pim volt setting is on normal. How can you tell if it is on normal?
fr-pr 64.5% +.04ms
fr-sc +.40ms
rr-pr 64.5% +.04ms
rr-sc + .40ms
Qpr 850cc
Qsc 1600cc
pim volt
8000 100%
7000 100%
6000 100%
5000 100%
4000 100%
3000 100%
2000 100%
1000 72.6%
Does these setting look correct??????

Normal would be 100.0 for that last one... but if your base map or inj map have been tweaked for this already then I think it might be OK... My car runs stock primaries, so I've never had to mess with this stuff so I'm not 100% sure.
More info about what settings were changed when, and by whom would help. Has the car ever been tuned with a wideband at idle?

The PFC restricts how lean you can go at idle (minimun injector base map milliseconds). To go leaner, use small to negative lag. This is apparent when you run large primary injectors.
First reduce idle (INJ/Fuel Corrections Map) as lean as you can go, then reduce lag to go lower to what you need.
Do this before power tuning!
You also need to change other parameters for smooth transistion. It helps to add a little fuel to the rear rotor for balancing AFRs. Without egt gauges, I add .10 lag more to the rear secondary. Read other posts about going 850 primary and injector transistion.
Se what I recommend below!
