Power FC To run OMP with PFC or remove it

To run OMP with PFC or remove it
I am still debating on what way I want to go here - when I install the PFC should I go ahead and remove the OMP, wires to it, and lines and block it off and PRemix OR not ?
I like the simplicity of a simple harness and engine compartment. That is IF I can safely do away with the OMP.
Constructive comments please..
