reinitalize solve my problem?
I had my car tuned and it made a good amount of power, but the guy said that they had to enrich my fuel system a lot to solve a/f problem. I recently replaced my fuel pump and it seems that I am getting to much fuel. I can build boost but will not make more than .45 bar and if I give it full throttle the car bucks hard. If I reinitialize my computer do you guys think this would help. I can just a dyno appt. within the next two weeks. My mods. dp,cb,mp,pfc, profec b, and walbro pump.

It is obvious you do not understand the PFC and what tuning they did, and how it affects the PFC and engine.
They added a lot of fuel by increasing the pulse width to the injectors because your pump was weak and loss pressure as fuel requirements increased. Now you put in a better pump that can flow more fuel. Thus the new pump is supplying more pressure causing the engine to run rich. This was expected to happen.
DAPDAS!
Re-initializing will put all maps back to the default and maybe lean or not. Either way, your engine needs to be retuned again to be safe
