powerfc maps flooding? possible?

I was looking at all the settings on my maps loaded on my power fc to try and see why mine was flooding and if you go to the InjTime screen it says certain x,000 rpms and a number ms and another number.

so mine goes something like:

INJ,TIME
6000 7.5 ms 2.X
5000 8.5 ms 2.X
4000 8 ms 2.X
3000 8.5 ms 2.X
2000 9 ms 2.X
1000 15 ms 3.0

I was wonderin if that jump to 15 at 1,000 rpm could be the flooding issue cause, why would it flood at idle...why is that jump so big and im guessing thats for the fuel injection vs. the timing. I mean lets say it pumps fuel at a different rate at 1000 rpm vs the timing is off wouldnt that cause it to flood out and eventually die after 15-20 seconds.

Im running 850 cc injectors. and So is my other friend and we looked at his power fc at his settings and for his 1,000 rpm it says 10 ms 3.0

I dunno, i could be totally way off in trying to read this thing. any input?

Thanks
