PowerFC install - idle learning problem

Just did the PFC install today with the 4 wire removal but currently having issues with the idle learning process. Did many searches on "idle problems" in the PFC forum but didn't find any reports of a similar problem. Hope someone here can shed some light.

Here is the process that took place:

- installed PFC, turned key to on and everything seems fine
- adjusted the air adjustment screw under the TB to 1/2 turn out from fully closed
- proceed with starting the car with no electrical load
- idle rough and bounces between 1000-1500rpm initially then stabilized to about 1100rpm and let it continued to idle for about 10min total
- turned on defroster and idle immediately bounces between 1000-1500rpm then stabilized to 1100rpm and let it continued to idle for about 10min
- turned on AC to fan speed 1 and here is the strange part
- like previous steps, the idle would hunt between 1000-1500rpm and checking the switch status screen on the commander the AC circle is dark
- however, before the idle stabilizes the AC circle would go off and the idle continues to hunt. The AC circle on the commander switch status screen would go on and off intermittently while the fan switch is at speed 1 and the AC button on the center console is pressed in the whole time. With the AC circle going on and off intermittently, the idle would continue to hunt. At times when the AC circle stays on long enough, the idle would stabilize to 1100rpm for a short while but as soon as the AC circle goes off on its own again the idle would continue to hunt.

I'm assuming the idle learning process is not complete because of this issue with the ECU seeing that the AC is switching on and off but in reality the AC switch is on the whole time. Also, when I try to drive the car around the idle would continue to hunt between 1000-1500rpm when coming to a stop with gear in neutral and also hunt when car is stop but would stabilize if I stop long enough. But as soon as I tap the gas the idle would hunt again.

So, here is my question, what is causing the AC circle in the switch status screen on the commander to go on and off while the actual AC fan switch is on? (prior to the PFC install, the car idles fine and the AC works fine with the stock ECU) is there a way to fix this so I can complete the idle learning process properly?

As a side note, the AC circle only goes on when fan speed is at 1 and the air also blows cold at speed 1. The AC circle is off for fan speed 2,3,4 and air blows warm. Also, my car is a 93 R1 with downpipe, high flow cat, catback exhaust, Apexi intake, boost controller, stock intercooler and stock fuel system.

Mechanically:
Check the charge in your AC. Even though your dash button is always on the AC compressor can engage and disengage or even send that signal when not fully charged.(AC can still pump some cool air)
The PFC is only reading a signal it receives. I dont recall the resister problem having to do with anything other than the AC blower itself it can be another issue of the PFC sensitivity. I have had the same issue but mine was from a slow leaking AC.
