Power FC Reading Vacuum With Engine Off

The Power FC is reading a vacuum of -130 with the car not running. I've taken out the unnecessary pins and made sure the TPS is in alignment. What could be cause my Power FC to think this? I know someone else had a problem like this but thats cause his Power FC wasn't even plugged in all the way.

It always reads negative. That's alittle extreme IMO, but I'm not sure how much elevation changes it. For instance mine reads about -40 at approx 1000ft above sea level.

If you check Settings 2 or Settings 3, there will be a section for your MAP sensor settings, you want to adjust the offset until your reading is 10000.
