Power FC Power FC lose it's settings?

Power FC lose it's settings?
I am just curious if my Power FC could lose it's settings if the car battery was dead for 3 months? I would assume it stores it somehow on it's own, but would just like to verify. Thanks.

You won't lose your settings. Had the battery out of my car for a month or so and I was ok.
Also, manual explains that the settings remain in memory unless the initialize function is performed.
