I heard that there are some wires that need to be cut and then I hear that no wires will need to be cut. Which statement is true and what wires do I need to cut if there are any that need to be? Anybody have a diagram? All help appreciated.

Yes, you have to "cut" four wires. When you SEARCH, you will find it is better to just pull the pins out of the PFC or the wiring harness clip.
