I finally had some more time to work on this after an over 2 month hiatus. I removed the intake manifold and heres what I found:

front rotor injector resistor
rear rotor injector resistor
Notice how the insulation on the rear resistor looks melted.
I am wondering if its the resistor or the injector thats causing my problems. How could I test to see which is bad?
