Stock 550 and ID725 idle well on gas. Larger do not.
E85 will require about 35% more flow capacity then gas.

Using grade school math with the above injectors, we now have a range
of 742.5 to 978.75.

This make your ID1600/2000 too large for primaries.

Use the 725s or 1000s.

I know the ID1000's work well in the primaries for pump gas as its what I use (by well I mean acceptable, you still have a add a touch of negative lag). You might be able to get away with the ID1600's with a lot of negative lag for E85. ID2000's will probably still run if done right but it might be pushing it. Only one way to find out as I'm sure it hasn't been tested yet :P. Maybe run the ID1000's but with higher fuel pressure or 4 x ID1600's as secondaries.

Another vote for the ID1000's for the primary position. It will be a lot easier to get your idle set.

Look at the e85 lessons learned thread, lots of the info you seek is in there.
