Does it matter where I buy the power fc? I read that certain places already tuned them to fit the RX-7 but i dunno. How hard would it be to tune and how does it react to exhaust/intake/fuel upgradeS?

 

To install the PFC, some wires need to be cut in the wiring harness. But some dealers get around this by cutting the wires internally withing the PFC thus saving you the extra work. Shane Racing is one that does this.

You can get it in what are refered to as:
(1)base stock mode - good for a few minor mods.
(2)base mod mode - very safe starting point for modded engines.

It does not react to mods/upgrades. It allows you to change the maps to compensate for mod chages.


It is very easy to use. But to prevent blowing your engine, you have to know what you are doing, and need access to a wideband O2 sensor.
