PFC and Single turbo

Hopefully next week I'll have my XS T04S turbo kit.

I am running the PFC right now. What Im asking is how do I hook it up for a single turbo set up? (I know if I want over 17.5psi I have to get the Boost control kit)

Do I need a Greddy Profec B? or can I control boost with the commander just like the seqentials. Which is better(easier and more reliable)?

Let me know your input.....
thanks

two problems ... map sensor & maps in the powerFC .. which I think you know about. Otherwise you just need a solenoid strong enough to handle an external wastegate and hook the solenoid to where the stock solenoid gets its signal. The powerFC will control it. So yes a ProfecB would work along with just getting the solenoid from Apex.

Dave at KD says I need the Profec to control boost....PFC wont control boost on a single turbo...

Is the stepping motor(included with the profec) my new solinoid?

that would be profec A for stepping motor and yes it is included ....
a solenoid would be for profec B or Apex products and yes they are included in the price of admision. If you have a strong solenoid laying around then the PFC will control it ... that is basically what the boost control kit is ... a map sensor and a strong solenoid. The stock one is not good enough.
