PFC problem.

Hey guys, for a few weeks now my PFC has been stuck on this screen.

I reset by unplugging the negative but still the same thing. Then i took a look at the wire and found a bunch of little cuts, i think my cat got to it.

my questions are:
1. Wouldnt a cut in the wire just cause the screen to not work at all?

2. What can i do now?

This is in the PowerFC FAQ. Many times it's the wires inside the commander that pull loose of the solder joints.

You can probably repair the wires at the damaged spot with some soldering and careful use of heat shrink or tape.
