I just install a pfc did the 30 minute break in thing. I then redid the fuel pump wiring and now when i start the car it goes to like 200 rpm or so, the car is just barely above dieing out. however after i start moving or blinp the throttle the idle goes back to normal. any suggestions on the problem? did i mess up the wiring?

 

Use a fuel pressure gauge and veify your pressures by the tests listed in the Mazda manual. Maybe when you rewired the FP you bypassed the fuel pump resistor so that the PF is running max voltage at idle which would cause the engine to run richer.
