I know installing the PFC is about the easiest mod you can do to these cars, but I thought I'd take some pics anyway. http://jrx7.rx7life.com/pfcpics.htm As you can see I decided to keep it in the stock positon with the stock brackets using the supplied velcro, so I cut out a notch with the Dremel to get access to the commander plug. Works great and seems to be very solid once fully reinstalled. I used an AVC-R mount on the dash to hold the Commander, I'll post some pics of that in a bit. Big thanks to GotBoostd7 for hooking me up with the AVC-R mount free!

 

Here's a link to a pic of the Commander mounted with the AVC-R bracket. If you can find one I think it's the best mount for it. It's adjustable and works very well in that spot. I can't believe Apexi doesn't supply something like this with it in the first place.

Where can I get one of these brackets?

(I don't care to shove sheet metal between the dash and console bezel as some have done.)

 

Throw up a post in the FS section and see if anyone is willing to part with theirs. It comes with Apexi's AVC-R and S-AFC products. I got lucky and got mine for free from someone who had mounted the AVC-R in the DIN slot and didn't want their bracket.
