If you look up in the Mazda manual for these pins, you have:
3J = EGR switch (Ca only): non CA model, no difference as it is a open circuit already.
4F = split air bypass solenoid, all models have this, might affect O2 FB operation.
If O2 FB control is turned off and no cat, should not make any differnce.
4O = EGR solenoid, doesn't really do anything except at light cruisng loads.
Not important if it works or not. Later FDs did not have and EGR.
4P = AWS solenoid, doesn't matter if it works or not, PFC does not support it anyway.
What does this all mean, only 4F matters if your running the airpump, O2 FB control and cat.
