PFC etc display

Just installed my PFC from Jason's last group buy in the beginning of the year...
under the etc option from the commander.... the following is in japanese

function select (right column)
all data initialize

is this normal ?

The PFC I recieved from Jason is:
13B-REW
Version 5.08
FC Commander 3
Version 5.00A

appreciate any info yall could provide....
