PFC Boost Control Question

My PFC is controlling boost fine. I got it tunned for 13-14 psi . However my tuner said I have a sticky Charge Control Actuation and my secondary boost comes in a little slow. I also kept the stock turbo restrictor pills and wonder my boost pattern will be corrected if I remove them. Or is there any other problem and I am not aware.

Yikes, no removing the pills will NOT solve your problem. Why don't you believe your tuner/mechanic?

Of course I believe my tuner. I just curious about the restrictor pill since I search and no answer whether the pill will affect the ability of the PFC to control boost. What part do you think it cause the boost problem?
