pfc base map - safe to drive?

So ive just hooked up my power fc, ive gone through the ''Run for 10 minutes, turn on rear defroster for 10 minutes, turn on ac for 10 minutes'' and the car is running perfect. What im wondering is are there any additional calibration procedures that i should run through, and is my car - almost completely stock 93 - safe to drive on this base map?

Finding information on this seemingly straightforward set up is stupidly difficult, searches come up blank or in html from the 90s, links come up dead, apexi is about as helpful as a three legged horse and the forum search bar is as helpful as every other forum search bar on the internet (that is to say, not.)

I would be careful, I would have a wideband connected and ensure your AFR's are good, and I would slowly go up the map to ensure its good.

every map I have loaded onto a car has needed a fair amount of adjustment.
