Passing Smog: Swapping Hi Flow for Midpipe

I've been dealing with trying to pass smog for awhile now. I have a friend here in Vegas who's willing to lend me his Hi flow and air pump in order to pass. My PFC was tuned by Rotary Performance for the following mods:

*Street-ported motor with 2MM apex seals
*Mazdatrix aluminum flywheel
*Greddy Airinx intake
*Greddy pulley kit
*ASP Medium Stock mount intercooler
*3" stainless steel heat-wrapped downpipe
*3" resonated mid-pipe
*3" Racing Beat single tip cat-back exhaust
*Nippondenso "Supra TT" fuel pump upgrade

My question is: If I swap out my resonated midpipe for the hi flow and put the air pump back on for the test, is the PFC tune for these mods still going to fail me on the test.

Secondly, I still have my stock computer, would it be better to put it back on for the test, or is this a bad idea.

Thanks in advance.

Hey Bud,

Basically this is what we're going to do when I lend you my cat and air pump. We're going to leave your map alone, install the Air pump and cat, and then we're going to change the PIM settings in the 1000 RPM range and 2000 RPM range so that they are so low that the car will barely run under load, but at idle will still allow for the car to rev to the RPM range the test is in. That's what I did with my FD (our setups are identical) and I passed with flying colors. Don't worry, I'll help you on both the mechanical aspect and the power FC settings. I had a lot of time to play with mine (I failed 3-4 times before I passed) so I know what works out here in our weather.

Then when we are done, we just bump your PIM values back to 100% and we never touch or edit your actual maps.

Oh. Well I should have just asked you in the first place, huh Mike. Thanks. I'm doing some unrelated engine bay stuff right now, so if those parts are lying around, I could just put them on now. Let me know.
