Newbie ...plz help no a/c with power fc...works with stock ecu

I have a 1992 fd3s jdm rhd rx7 it has
Hks spark plugs
Hks down pipe
Hks cat back
Apexi power fc with commander
So my prob is my ac comp doesn't kick on once I plug on the PFC but it works perfect with stock ...anyone ever deal with this before???
