New Power FC and Commander English Manual Available?

I have searched the forums and the web for a while and have not been able to get what I think I need. So I am posting here...
Just picked up a new Power FC and Commander Kit (414-BZ004) for my US-based LHD '93 Rx-7 Base from Nengun. I see the following identifiers - Computer Unit PFC FD3S4... and Commander Number 415-Z002/(415-A030)?
From the forums I gathered that this is the new model of PFC from my car, however, I cannot find an English version translated Manual for the: a) Apexi Full Computer Unit, or b) Commander.
I have found Dale's document and the Banzai Commander document applicable to the Commander 415-Z001. However, I am not sure that these are applicable to the newer version Unit and Commander. Can someone please confirm that Dale's notes and the Banzai Commander document are applicable to to the 414-BZ004 Unit and 415-Z002 Commander also?
Also, if anyone knows of any newer translation documents please let me know or pm me please.

All links I have found are to the older version for the FDs (commander only) or the newer version for Honda’s etc. that I found on BAnzais site or paul33 site etc. (I did search)
If you found an English version of manuals for the Second version of the ‘93s either the Full computer and/or the commander, Please post the link.Maybe the old manual (Commander doc is all I have seen online in English) works with the newer 414Bz004 power fc kit? I don’t know but I would appreciate a confirmation from anyone on this forum before I do something stupid in setup.
Btw the Japanese manual in the package contains a manual for the new version of the computer module AND the commander - this is what I was looking for in English.Hope this clarifies my question. Please post the link if you did find what I was looking for.

But was looking for the power fc manual in English also.
The actual PFC manual is just how to plug it in. Here is the one published by Apexi, it is for a Honda , but that does not change that there is no real information in those instructions http://www.apexi-usa.com/manuals/ele...cs/414h001.pdf
The commander instructions we have gives you far more information on changing settings, the only thing that would be different is the settings for the OLED dimming function. Nothing inside the PFC has actually changed.
