New PFC owner
I know what you're all thinking, "Great, another baby sucking at the RX7club tit." Not the case. I won't bug everyone with maps and questions. Less this one....
If I plug in my computer and controller, will it permanantly change my map to the point that if I plug back in the stock computer I'll have permanent issues?

I think you think that the map is stored elsewhere on the car. When you put in your PFC, it's stored on THAT ecu. When you put your stock ecu back in, everything is back to where the stock levels were, because THAT's where the stock map is located. Did that help?
