Hi all I need some advice on my injector map and possibly timing one.

It's a 94 fd
Single turbo
Large street port
Walbro fuel pump
1680cc secondaries

My apexi has been reset so it's running a Base map but I think it's running lean as the knock is high (140) I saw with little load, also the exhaust is very hot. Melted the bumper. Can anyone tell me what my duty cycle should be? Don't want to even drive it to the tuners like this

Well you found your answer.... Honestly with that mod list, a wideband would be mandatory for me. Duty cycle will be different from everyone most likely.

Is your PFC setup for the 1680 secondary injectors?

To tune you need:
(1) Datalogit
(2) Good wideband O2 sensor.
(3) laptop computer
(4) pretuning mods to map as safety preparation befreo tuning.
(5) Knowledge of how to tune!!!!!

 

Hopefully got a guy coming out tomorrow to tune it. The pfc isn't currently set up for the 1680 injectors
