need help!!!! vta1 vta2

i bought a pos fd that had been sitting in pieces, among those pieces was a power fc. i put a turbonetics 67mm turbo, a pair of 850s in the primaries, 1300s in the secondaries, an fjo wideband and the rest of the little stuff to make it work. stock ignition, stock fpr, walbro pump. after getting it all together i get her started up and thats when the headaches began, i have not cut the 4 wires on the main harness yet, what i did was disconnect power, adjust screw under throttle body to half turn out, restore power, go to settings, reset, power off, power on, delete twins, delete o2, change injector size and then start idle procedure. the car idles pretty weird but i let it go, then after it gets somewhere around 65 degrees it starts hunting up and down, up and down. so i have a look at the sensors and the vta1 is at .01 and the vta2 is .00. i tried moving the tps around, that changed the idle because of the throttle plates moving but did nothing for the tps signal. is the tps just bad or am i dealing with something else, i pulled the plug from the tps and checked for power, br/w to chassis ground and came up with 5vdc. any help is greatly appreciated.

so does the voltage (as displayed on the Commander) change when you unplug the sensor?

you really should cut the 4 wires though

with sensor plugged in, both vta 1 and 2 are highlighted and read as stated above, with the tps sensor unplugged vta1 is highlighted and reads 4.87v and vta2 is not highlighted and reads 4.97v
