Need Help with Bridgeport Timing Map

Hey, I recently put in a full bridgeport motor, and I am trying to start her up so I can break the motor in before tuning. I have the PFC and was wondering what I should change the timing to across the 20x20 grid. I've called a few rotary shops and none of them wanted to help me over the phone. If someone could just tell me a rough idea of what degree for N01-N20 and P01-P20 for a full bridgeport I would really appreciate it. Thanks, Evan
