Need Help!!!!

Hi @ all!

Hope someone can help me!

I have a FD3-S with a total rebuild engine with following mods!

- Streetport with 3m Seals
- Air intake
- Downpipe Trust
- Midpipe
- Rear Exhaust
- Greddy FMIC
- Apexi Power FC
- Datalogit
- PLX Wideband O2 with Bosch Sensor
- Catalyc is removed also the Air pump
- Greddy Plugs

My problem is that the engine only starts in full troothle position!
After about 5 sec.

I am also looking for a good map!
Hope someone can help me so i can do a testdrive.

You need to download your map with a DATALOGIT and post it here.
There are too many parameters that need checking.

When the throttle is fully open (floored accelerator pedal) while starting, the injectors are turned off.

If it needs this to start, then the engine is flooding either due to sticking injectors are too much fuel in the fuel tables.

could also be something like the map sensor, if its faulty or disconnected it will dump too much fuel, making it hard to start and run very rich.

Now i have one more problem!

When i boost up on 1st and 2nd gear 0.9 bar if higher the revs go as less pressure i get!
It boost up to 0.9 and fall down until 0.3

But in 3rd; 4th and 5th gear there is no problem!
There i have constat 0.9 bar!

Whats the problem?
Who can help me!

It all has to do with timing. Like trying to hit a moving target. The faster the target moves (revs) the harder to hit it (fill up the combustion chambers).

That is why you ALWAYS hear that higher gears load the engine more.
