I've just bought used fc datalogit ( the beige box ), but without software.....

Look at the sticky at the top of the forum.

 

the sticky only has the main exe file. is there a place to get the full install? I have the original cd but it doesnt run on my laptop and my desktop complains that its missing st6unst or something, and fc-datalogit wants $20!! to register a used datalogit.

FC-Datalogit didn't charge me anything to register my used Datalogit. That must be something new.

 

This is my full FC-Edit CD, I will keep it up till told otherwise, maybe indefinitly.

EDIT : Just tryed it and it works, just click save as on all the files then run the setup.

its been checked for virri and the likes.

Anyone apart of the datalogit forum on yahoo? I can't get in and i've emailed the guy who makes the Datalogit and nothing since 2005.. =/

Right there with ya. I emailed the address from the site when i bought mine in September and have yet to get an invite.

 

Try emailing Glen, his email is glen@fc-datalogit.co.nz. I'm pretty sure he's directly in charge of welcoming new members to the E-Group.

 

People still want this software or shall i take it down ?

 

If you're providing the full FC-Edit software from the CD, I'm sure it's still wanted by users. However, I'm not sure how FC-Datalogit feels about you basically giving away their software that they've gone to obvious lengths to protect.
