My mods for stock PFC maps
Hey,
I just have a quick question...
I bought my power FC and planned to pick up more mods (mp, injectors, ect) and install them all at the same time, to save myself from having to tune the PFC twice. However, my car has a horrible case of the 3k RPM hesitation. What i want to know is if my current mods are not too much for the stock PFC maps to handle. It seems that the best fix for the 3k problem is to replace your ECU, so i want to install it. I really dont want to blow my new motor. my mods:
Pettit intake
Pettit downpipe
PFS catback
PFS stock mount intercooler
Vac hose job
Thanks for your help.

The stock PFC programming Should handle your limited mods OK as is.
Since you are so concerned, does that imply that you currently are not running the stock ECU with your currrent mods? But then modded Mazda ecus usually do not have the 3K stumble.
