How do you know it died? Did you damage it by accident?

Well for one , the commandor does not turn on. Also I have power to the pfc and I have a good ground. At Mazfest I test all My inputs, outputs and fuses. Also when I pulled the floor board the pfc was hot. I opened up the pfc to check all circuits and found no burnt spots. So I do know its my pfc.

You can ship the PFC back to A'PEXi. They can fix it for a minimum of $50 or a max of $300 if it requires a whole new unit.

Also, turn-around time is about 45-75 days, so don't count on getting it back quickly.

just make sure there isn't an underlying cause to the failure, like a short

so one day it worked and the next day it didn't? how did it fail? I don't think you realize how much hassle it's going to be to ship it to apex'i... minimum 3 months from the people I know who've dealt with it

Masaki at Apexi said it will take 4-6 weeks turn around. I do understand how long it takes. Thats not the question here. What i am going to do is install it onto another car to verify. Also The car has been running in my race car for 4 years with no hassle. I wish I could say how it failed but I checked for grounds, power and short to ground on all pins. Nothing!!!! Like I said earlier I have a new emission harness and wraped in heat shielding. Here is a pic of the engine bay
Thanks Robert

Ok, I found the problem. I installed my pfc into a vert im working on. The pfc works. I than pulled my emission harness out of th race car to inspect it closely. Found the mass airflow meter wiring melted. I cut the melted harness out and the car runs. The funny thing is that it tested well in the car. Im glad the ecu is not hurt.
Thanks Robert
