I am a complete newb on PFC matters and have done a search and have not understood much

If I'm driving at 80 mph or so in 4th gear and punch it, I get about 11 psi on the first turbo, then it drops to about 1 psi for and then the car strugles to hit 6 psi, I feel no power - it seems only the primary is still working...this happens in all gears and speads really...however, on other occasions, when you least expect it perfect 11 - 9 -11 pattern ????

Turbos have no leaks
all vacum/solenoid stuff has been checked twice by my mechanic

I cannot understand what is wrong since it appears I have no mechanical problem...why is my secondary boost so low

 

Why do you think its PFC related ?
Start troubleshooting the 2nd turbo system.

Basically, you need to check few hoses, solenoids and actuators.

And having around 5psi to redline clearly shows you arent getting 2ndary boost.
Could be as simple as disconnected hose on the pressure chamber tank

Do you have a stock ECU to swap out the PFC and test to see if PFC is indeed at fault ?

I have been diagnosed with a TCA (Turbo Control Actuator)
It has been replaced and now testing

 

I just installed a Power FC. The car boosted perfect 10-8-10 before I swapped out the ECU. I changed the plugs and oil. Cut and taped the 4 wires and reset the FC to base mod map and completed the idle learn procedure. The car runs great except the boost is now 10-8-6. Any guesses? The engine was just rebuilt and I completed the vacuum hose replacement.

 

Use again the old ECU.If the boost pattern returns to normal,reinstall the pfc and play with the boost settings.Otherwise something was placed wrong when you did the vacuum-boost hoses replacement.

 

what are the stock boost settings?

what settings would be good for 12 psi?

 

im acually haveing boost problems with my secondary too and i have the stock ecu

but i dont have any secondary in first gear sometimes i have it in second sometimes i dont then third t he same thing fourth i dont believe i have a problem but i will cheak the IC hose later
