light throttle tip-in problem

i cannot seem to get rid of my light throttle tip-in on my PFC/datalogit under 2500 rpms. i've tried richening up the throttle pumps in the 1000 and 2000rpm range up to 10% and it didnt seem to do anything. maybe i should try more?
whats confusing me is if i go full throttle it doesnt hesitate at all, but if i just blip the throttle lightly anywhere under 2500rpms it will stumble before it revs. i used to have a haltech e6k and i remember being able to lower the TPS threshold for the throttle pumps; i think this would fix my problem, but i'm not sure if its possible with the pfc/datalogit... there must be a way to fix this without reconfiguring the whole vacuum side of the base fuel map.
i had this problem on my stock ecu but it wasnt quite as bad. has anyone else experienced this?

i am running the Base Mod map (pfc fd3s4), which everyone says is pretty good and usually smoother than the stock ECU, so i'm surprised i'm having this problem.

my mods are:

intakes
removed double-throttle plates
downpipe
midpipe
(stock catback)
full non-sequential mod
