I bought a Knightsports EBS 3 boost controller few months back and havn't put it in the car yet, I'm looking at getting a PFC in the next month or so but will the EBS work with the PFC since it is still plug and play??

I assume yes as it doesn't change anything and just plugs in.

Even though the PFC can control boost (not that well in my opinion), any external boost controller can be used with it.

Owners have been doing this with the stock ECU since day 1.

 

Its just the way the EBS 3 plugs into the ecu harness and controls the boost.
