just installed pfc

hey guys,
i'm new to this section of the forum now. i just installed my apexi pfc from rx7store.net. i remember when i purchased the ecu a year ago, one of the rx7store guys told me that there is a map already loaded on it and should run fine. now im waiting to get it tuned is there anything i should or shouldnt do in the mean time? it idles rather strangely after warm up. i looked up the pin out on the forum before i installed it too.
my mods are:
hard pipe intake
3" turbo back exhaust(stock twins)
medium intercooler
hks ssq bov
aluminum ast
act clutch
removed air pump

If the air pump is removed, you have to turn off the O2 idle control function with the commander. It is under the ETC menu.

It is under the ETC > Functions section..... then scroll down to O2 F/B and switch it to off.
