Okay, heres the deal, one friend has a j-Spec Apexi Commander. One friend has a American Power FC. Will the two of them work together? I think i read somewhere that there are different versions? One is a 32 bit version and the other is a 64 bit version?? Now if both of them are the 32 bit versions6 or the 64 bit versions will there be any problems using the J-spec commander with the Us spec Power FC??

Im getting two great deals on these and im really hoping it works out.

 

Why couldn't you ask this in the thread you already started?

All versions of the PFC are 16-bit. They are all the same, there is no "american" and "j-spec" versions. If the Commander came from a FD PFC, it should work with any other FD PFC.

You know, there are people selling used PFC+Commander for good prices in the classifieds. You can also get them brand new for like $700 shipped.

 

I think he is asking for the S5 ap engineering pfc. It depends on what version software you commander is. I think the pfc commander for the ap engineering is zoo1.

Thanks guys. I really appreciate the help. Im pretty much getting the power Fc and the commander for under 300 bucks. Thats why i had to make sure first.

 

there are different versions of the hand controller and base unit, if its the wrong hand controller it will freeze on the apexi logo when you plug it in
