Idle Surge

Suddenly having problems with my idle. Hot or cold starts the car will jump to 3,000 rpm and stay there for 3 seconds, after that the idle will surge from 1,200-2,500.

This all happened suddenly as I have been driving the car for roughly 450 km's without any issues.

The only electrical on the TB is the TPS. I went into the Commander and noticed that my values were a little out so I adjusted it to the correct specs. 1.13v and 0.53V at idle, both values show a consistant sweep while pushing the pedal to WOT.
Tighted the air bleed screw and then backed it out 1/2 turn
Took the UIM off and inspected for anything that seemed like it could be a culprit, unplugged ports etc.
Wiring harness is a new Ry-Wire that was installed 450 Km's ago

While the car is running my TPS adjustments do not move and stay at a constant, however if I look at my injector duty cycle it will fluctuate from 0-30% as the rpms increase.

Under normal driving conditions the AF/R hasn't seemed to change since the problem occurred and the car seems to drive well.

I do not have access to a datalogit at this time so unfortunately my troubleshooting is a little limited.

Found the issue...

One of my injector block off plugs in my excessive LIM popped out causing a HUGE intake leak
