ideal a/f?

What is the ideal a/f/ or anyone recommand running on 14 psi pump gas on stock twins? I am currently running around 11.2

depends on the octane level also

10.5-11 is what i would run for a conservative setup and you can run a tad leaner if you use higher octane.

I run about 11.5 for 12psi and 11.2 for 15psi boost.

If you run high boost on stock twins with a small IC then your air temps will be higher and might require a little more fuel for safety. Intake air temps are very important.

But since you have a large SMIC, you should have good cooling. Have you moved your air temp sensor off the UIM?


I run a large front mount and all the necessary engine mods for my single turbo to be healthy. And I have AFR tested in both winter and summer to have all the appropriate PFC tables correctly set up.
