i need help planning this swap

Ok. Im swapping a 13b-rew into an 86 FC. I need to know everything i need to do to set up a power fc, if it can acually be done. I know they make an FC adapter for it, but will it control the FD motor?

and as an added "bonus". i dont have any local tuners to ask for help, the only one around does VW.
