Lightbulb I found cheap PowerFC commander holder.

I just want to share this with other that don't have want to get a commander holder.
I found this holder at Bestbuy for $12. It is one of the ipod holder for the car that only clip it to the ac vent.
The bracket is from a company call Bracketron. I got this one http://www.bracketron.com/xmain/phm201.php

Now for the pictures.

I have only been using the holder for one day, so far so good. I didn't have any annoying rattle or commander falling out.

I bought one of those AC clip-ons for my Commander a couple of years ago at a Radio Shack. Although it slides from side-to-side within the vent, it works great. The sides are adjustable, so the Commander won't fly out.
Another good idea is to buy one of those replaceable screen shields to protect the screen from sratches. Also helps to reduce glare. Just cut to fit.

I did couple of hard launches, and it stays. I didn't get any glares from the screen.

I think the Bell cell phone holder from K-Mart is better. For $12 it sits eye level with the guages and mounts into your cig. lighter.

Down here in the blazing heat of N.O. we need all the A/C vents we can get.

^^^ Please that's clean. I'll take a picture of mine. Two days in the rain at VIR + dry sweep all over the track near oak tree = one huge mess.

It must be nice driving down the road with the commander sticking way up like that.
