Hwl Sensor Flashing On Pfc?
hI,
my exhaust temp warning indicator ( HWL) flashing on my PFC, what does it mean?
my mods :
Hks down pipe
blitz nur spec catback
hks twin power
efini y pipe
mazdaspeed smic intercooler
k&N filter
air separate duct from 99'
apexi power fc base map ( fd3S4)
run with octane 98 OR 100.

Your indicator is in the dash cluster, right? Since the US cars have their overheat indicator next to the ashtray (and it's wired differently) that function doesn't work for us unless you do some re-wiring.

Hwl Flashing in power fc commander, in "sensor check"
I was thinking i've exceed the capacity of oem boost sensor, since pfc commander read more than 0.87 BAR (depends gear)

Dave Newbern is right with the opinion the flashes shows the excessive Knockreadings.And Dave also in Europe the Indicator for Exhaust overheating is in the Lokation near of the ashtray.
