how to find lag time

hey ppl, been studying the power fc for about a year now, been reading both the datalogit manual and the power fc manual, pretty much understand everything, just wanted to know how would i find the lag time of the injector, besides asking the manufacturer? the only other way i can think of is getting injectors off rc engineering and they can give me all the specs on it.. what if i bought sard injectors or hks, how did you guys determine lag time on the 1680cc injectors as i would assume the same method would work on diffrent injectors.

Thanks

No way you could do it on your own. You would need the same type of test equipment that manufacturers use.

You will have to ask the company that made them or inquire from others owners that have used the injectors. Any way, the LAG value only fine tunes the injectors, and enables changing injectors without retuning.

AFR testing corrects any differences.
