How do I interpret ignition timing from the FC Commander?

I just purchased a '91 turbo with a PFC running it, but I am switching to a different ECU (Megasqusquirt) because it just makes more since for what I want out of the car. However, it runs great around town, so I'm trying to salvage the timing map (that's my weak area in tuning...) I copied the numbers for leading and trailing timing from the commander and I have what I am pretty sure is the numbers for the actual values for each column. The first is obviously RPM (goes from 0 to 8000) and the second is vacuum/boost (it ranges from -29 to 18, I assume mm/hg below 0 and psi above.)

The rest is self explainitory, but I'm just double checking that I am doing this right. Also, could you check the maps? They are VERY different from my old maps. The leading numbers are obviously going to be off from my old motor (18 degrees at idle, because bridgeport) but I've never seen that much trailing split (well into the 30s in places). I guess thats just how the tuner did it (or maybe it was just super conservative?) Or are those numbers absolute and not in reference to the leading timing?

Sorry for all of the questions/rambling. Thanks!
