How to change sequential transition rpm and fans start temp?

Hi I am trying to find were I can change the temperature settings to start the fans of my car and also how to change the sequential transition settings. Can I do it with the commander? or I need the datalogit?

You need a DATALOGIT!

I have only chnaged the FANS which is very easy. Being non-seq, do not do turbo transition.
