Help - Twin fans separate temps. Data logit software
With the datalogit software are you able to adjust the turn on temperatures of the 2 fans in a Third Gen separately. Meaning can one fan be set to turn on at one temp and the other kick in at a higher temperature. IF this is not possible, I will put in a mechanical switch in to operate one of the fans. It will be installed in my water pump housing and my motor in out right now so this is a good time to put in the switch. I will be running 2 Spal 11" fans with a combined CFM of 2460. This is way over kill except for 100degree days is stopped traffic with my AC on. I do like to be comfortable

I will be placing an order soon for the software but I have to figure out how much I am going to spend on engine parts first. So if you are asking yourselves " Why doesn't he just read the frigin instruction manual and not ask such stupid questions ", I don't have the instructions yet and never had my 3rd Gen running for more than 40 miles with the stock turbos and cooling system. I am single now and have a 27" X 15" Griffin radiator. I want to tie into the stock harness if possible.

The stock fans are wired in parallel, ie, they both run at the same speed all the time.
The datalogit only allows you to adjust at what temp the fans (both of them) come on.
