HELP!!! problems with warm start and Power FC
Hi Guys, three weeks ago i got my 3rd gen tuned with my new PFC. Ever since then ive been having problems with warm starts. If i dont let the car rest for at least 30 minutes after being shut off, it revs to 2500rpm, holds it for about two seconds and then revs itself up and down from 500rpm to 2000rpm till i shut off the car and start it again. Some friends suggested it might be the fast idle valve but this started right after the PFC was installed and i dont think its a coincidence. Any suggestions? thanks in advance. -Dan

It is an idle tuning problem, and is the most asked newb question on this forum.
It can happen even if the idle area was not tuned by your tuner. Unless you are familiar with adjusting the throttle body TAS and AAS, go back to your tuner for a fix, or do some reSEARCH on this forum.

Anyway: try slightly increasing or decreasing idle air flow.
I would start with slowly closing the AAS in 1/4 turn steps. Drive and see what happens. Read about resetting the PFC
