Power FC Glare Problems from PFC Commander Screen
Glare Problems from PFC Commander Screen
I have adjusted the contrast and changed the positioning of my PFC Commander but I still have a major glare problem that makes it almost impossible to read the Commander on sunny days.
I even made a shade that surrounds the top and sides of the screen but it didn't solve a thing because the glare actually comes from any bright source reflecting off the screen itself, not from being directly hit by sunlight.
Has anyone come up with a simple solution to eliminate the glare from the PFC commander screen? Is there some type of glare reduction coating that can be applied to the screen to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance for any help and/or suggestions.

Someone built a hood for the commander once, and that seemed to help a bit. I know the problem that you're talking about, but as far as I know there's no coating or anything anyone's found to put on the screen to fix it.
You'll need to rig up something like they had on that old school video game "Battlezone"
Seems like the only real solution.
